Here you will find a selection of quality Harris Tweed gifts and accessories, all handmade in Helensburgh, Scotland.
Having a passion for this soft, colourful and durable fabric, we use only authentic material in creating the products and all are certified with the Harris Tweed Orb symbol, proving the material is:
“handwoven by the islanders at their homes in the Outer Hebrides, finished in the Outer Hebrides, and made from pure virgin wool dyed and spun in the Outer Hebrides.” (Harris Tweed Act 1993)
The products are not and never will be, mass-produced. Each one is slightly different depending on where the cloth is cut, therefore you know that every item you buy, whether a gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself, will be completely unique.

Wee Toon Tweeds produces gifts and accessories for Springbank Distillery, Campbeltown. Using their own bespoke tweed, a variety of quality products are made with great care and can be found in their on-site gift shop.
We are also stocked in various gifts shops around Scotland.

I grew up in Campbeltown (known affectionately as
‘The Wee Toon’) on the West Coast of Scotland and now live with my family in Helensburgh (another small town!), so it seemed appropriate for the name of the
company to reflect my roots…
and so ‘Wee Toon Tweeds’ was born!
Creating handmade gifts for family and friends over the years as well as designing and making my own wedding dress and a traditional kilt for my husband, producing quality handcrafted items exclusively in Scotland out of this beautifully vibrant yet traditional fabric is very exciting.
Inspired by my love of nature, the beauty of Scotland and world travel I am always coming up with new design ranges so watch this space…

History of Harris Tweed
Harris Tweed, or Clo Mor (Gaelic for 'The Big Cloth') is the only fabric in the world governed by its own Act of Parliament.

From start to finish the cloth is handmade by skilled and experienced artisans utilising generations of knowledge to produce a product worthy of the name Harris Tweed.

Over the decades Harris Tweed has been embraced by the world. From royalty and landed gentry to Hollywood icons and the finest designers of couture, this humble cloth, produced by the skilled craftsmen and women of the Outer Hebrides, became a wardrobe staple, a must-have item for discerning customers across the globe. In its rise to prominence, Harris Tweed scaled Everest and graced the Silver Screen, sailed the Seven Seas and showed off on red carpets and catwalks. By the middle of the 20th century the Clo Mor had secured its status as a true and timeless classic textile.
